An experienced engineer will work with you to assess your current system, and understand your needs. We will discuss with you the possible options, explain the pros and cons of each of these options and determine the appropriate plan of action.
Once a game plan is determined, we will begin the design phase. This is where we will document the solution and fully explain what to expect as an end product, the timeline and expected costs.
After the system is designed and the necessary components are acquired, the implementation will begin. Our engineers will work around your schedule to allow for the smoothest transition possible.
Once the system is in place, this is when the testing, or modification, phase takes place. We will fully test the system to make sure it works as desired. Once it is working to specification we will then work with you to assure that the system properly fits your needs. If any medication would make the system work better for you, we will make modifications and retest.
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT
After the system is in place and functioning properly KaufmanIT will be responsible for maintaining the system, training users on how to use the system and available in case something stops working properly or if a user has a question.
