Helpdesk Technician

Role: Helpdesk Technician
Irvine, CA
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Helpdesk Technician to provide first and second level support to small and medium-sized business clients. In this role, you will respond to client help requests, assess user problems and deliver timely and effective technical support services.
Responsibilities (partial list)
- Providing remote and onsite support as needed
- User Setups: create new user accounts, configure workstations
- Workstation Support: install and update software, troubleshoot errors
- Server Support: install and update software, troubleshoot errors
- Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.
- Responsible for documenting solutions to problems and developing guides
Required Skillsets (partial list)
- Strong technical competency with Windows based PCs and Mac’s
- Must have experience with: Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server
- Understanding of and IT technologies and terminology
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Able to plan, schedule, and effectively communicate with staff and clients
- Must have a customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be detail-oriented
- Being a self-starter as well as a problem-solver

Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer who is a problem-solver and has a proven track record of working within a team environment. If you have the experience and a desire to learn and grow, we would love for you to apply.

- Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting user issues to resolution
- Client relationship management
- Performing server implementations and migrations
- Understanding complex firewall configurations

- Configuring cloud servers
Required Skillsets (partial list)
- Thorough understanding of Windows Server technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 Hosted Exchange and Google Workspace/G Suite
