We are currently seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer who is a problem-solver and has a proven track record of working within a team environment. If you have the experience and a desire to learn and grow, we would love for you to apply.
Responsibilities (partial list)
- Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting user issues to resolution
- Client relationship management
- Performing server implementations and migrations
- Understanding complex firewall configurations
- Performing email migrations
- Configuring cloud servers
Required Skillsets (partial list)
- Thorough understanding of Windows Server technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 Hosted Exchange and Google Workspace/G Suite
- Ability to set up and troubleshoot networking hardware (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, wireless, etc.)
- Mac and/or Linux experience is a bonus
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills for client management
- Available to work full-time
- In-person work requirement (remote positions not available)
