As of today, our live client satisfaction score sits at 99.6% — so close to 100% that some prospective clients understandably ask us, “Is that real?”

In fact, we’ve heard that question often enough that we wrote an entire post more than two years ago explaining exactly how our satisfaction score works and why it can be trusted.
